MNCF Membership Form

Christian nurses, whether practicing or retired, and student nurses may join as members of M.N.C.F. Membership is subject to the condition set by the committee.

Membership fees:-

RM20.00 per annum
RM250.00 (Lifetime Membership)

Application for membership are subject to completed registration form and approval from the MNCF Committee
